CMP.No.3143 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 45 days in filing the application to bring the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd Petitioner Vellakannu in CRP.No.2579 of 2019.

2.CMP.No.3602 of 2023 has been filed to set aside the abtement caused due to the death of the 2nd Petitioner Vellakannu in CRP.No.2579 of 2019.

3.CMP.No.3605 of 2023 has been filed to bring on record the Petitioners 2 to 6 herein as legal representatives of the deceased 2nd Petitioner Vellakannu and array them as Petitioners 3 to 7 in the above revision in CRP.No.2579 of 2019.

4.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

5.Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
