ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in respect of the impugned order dated 01.11.2021 in C.M.P.No.1316/2021 in C.C.No.387/2012 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Villupuram, rejecting the recall of PW-1, set aside the same and to consequentially pass an order to recall PW-1.

2. When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
