ORDER
(Made by Dr.Anita Sumanth, J.) The petitioners seek relaxation of the condition imposed on 23.09.2019 in Crl MP No 5784 of 2019 in Crl OP No. 26454 of 2018. The Court had directed that the petitioners should appear in the first week of every English Calendar Month before the trial Court and in addition, also appear before the Investigating Agency as and when required.
2. Mr.C.R.Malarvannan, learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side), on instructions, confirms that the petitioners have been complying with both the conditions diligently.
3. Mr.S.Dhakshnamoorthy, learned counsel for petitioner, submits that apart from appearing in the first week of every month, the petitioners have also been appearing once a month before the Investigating Agency and there is no dispute on the position that the frequency of hearing before the Investigating Officer is once a month.
4. In such circumstances, and taking into account the submissions of the respondent counsel as well, we modify the first condition to state that the petitioners shall appear the first working day of every quarter before the trial Court. Barring the same, order dated 23.09.2019 remains unaltered.
5. This miscellaneous petition is ordered.
