Respondent Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for writ of Mandamus directing the respondents, particularly the 1st respondent to take action against the 2nd and 3rd respondents for voluntary interference in collusion with the 4th and 5th respondents by obstructing the 3 feet x 87 1⁄2 feet (131 1⁄4 sq.ft) passage by way of fence, situated at the petitioner's house property bearing door No.51 (Old No.17/4), 1st street, Gowripet, Avadi, Chennai - 600 054 and consequentially, directing the 4th and 5th respondents to remove the obstruction, obstructed by way of fence at the instance of the respondents 1 to 3 herein including a direction to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- towards compensation for voluntary interference and obstruction of the passage, mental torture and agony caused to the petitioner and the petitioner's family members by the Respondents 1 to 5 jointly and severely.
