The prayer sought for in the present petition is to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of order dated 14.07.2017 of this Court made in Crl.OP. No. 12067 of 2017.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Mrs.V.Saradhadevi, learned Government

Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the order of this Court dated 14.07.2017 has already been complied with and accordingly, the petitioner's complaint came to be closed on 08.01.2018.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the contempt petition stands closed.
