ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to cancel the patta bearing No.440 issued in the name of the 4th respondent for the properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 16.07.2025.
2. The petitioner claims that illegally the 4th respondent has obtained a patta beairng No.440 in his name for the properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition. He seeks for cancellation of the same through his representation, dated 16.07.2025. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse order Page No.2 of 6
is passed against the 4th respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 4th respondent is dispensed with by this Court.
4. No prejudice would be caused to any of the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with, after hearing the objections of the 4th respondent or any other third party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 16.07.2025 seeking for cancellation of patta No.440 standing in the name of the 4th respondent for the properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of the 4th respondent or any other third party, Page No.3 of 6
whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve
(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
