Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to take up the M.P.No.19 of 2016 for hearing and re-determine the cross-subsidy surcharge in terms of the National Tariff Policy, 2016, forthwith and within a time bound manner as this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to fix and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and thus render justice.
