This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for records relating to the Crime No.246 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent and to 1/4
quash the same.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that investigation in this case has been completed and final report has been prepared stating that it is a case of mistake of fact. He further submitted that final report would be filed before the concerned Court in due course.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent that the final report was filed stating that it is a case of mistake of fact, this Court is not inclined to entertain the quash petition for quashing the F.I.R.
