ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed directing the 2nd respondent police to register the FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 30.12.2022.
2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner's wife had also given a complaint for the same incident. On the basis of the said complaint, First Information Report in Crime No.378 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 447, 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC.
3. In view of registration of the First Information Report, on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner's wife for the incident involving the petitioner and his wife, nothing survives in this petition.
