Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 21.04.2011 requesting to grant full pension as per the pay last drawn without any deduction w.e.f the date of retirement along with arrears and interest on the basis of Government orders namely, (i)G.O.Ms.No.784 RD & LA Department dated 14.05.1979 (ii)G.O.Ms.No.1178 Education Department dated 22.12.1993 (iii)G.O.210 School Education (G1) Department dated 14.08.2009 (iv)G.O.Ms.No.527 Finance Department dated 15.06.1987 and as per the judgments of this Hon'ble Division Bench and Supreme Court reported in (i)2006 (1) MLJ 143 (ii)1989 Supp (1) SCC 605 (iii)1995 Supp (1) SCC 18 (iv)AIR 1999 SCC 1212 (v)JT 2000 (5) SC 171 within a specified period.
