ORDER

This Writ petition is filed by the petitioner, seeking for a direction to the respondent for transfer of Patta in his name. In this regard, he has made an online application dated 28.02.2020, which is pending before the 1st respondent. 2.Mr. E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the sole respondent, made a statement on instructions, that an enquiry is scheduled to take place at 11 A.M., on 08.02.2021 at the office of the respondent. 3.The said statement of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given, except that the respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of eight(8) weeks from 08.02.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
