ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking to modify the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram in C.M.P.No.2420 of 2016 in Crime No.2 of 2016 dated 22.04.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court feels that it is a fit case to modify the condition and accordingly, the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram in the order made in C.M.P.No.2420 of 2016 in Crime No.2 of 2016 dated 22.04.2016 is modified to the effect that "on execution of bond for a sum of Rs.5000/- along with 2 sureties each for a like sum having identity of permanent residence." instead of "on execution of bond for a sum of Rs.5000/- along with 2 sureties each for a like sum out of which one surety should be a Government surety and another surety should be blood relative surety.".
