This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order, dated 21.11.2023 in Crl.OP.No.26449 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, everyday, twice at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, daily once, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
