Mr.G.Saravanakumar, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondent Corporation.

He seeks two weeks time to file a calculation memo as to how much was the last pay drawn by the petitioner at the time of his superannuation and whether said pay was calculated taking into account the service of the petitioner from 20.03.2002 to 07.03.2012 and based on which the pension is being paid to the petitioner. The said aspect shall be made clear in the said calculation memo to be filed in this regard.

For the said purpose, post the matter after two weeks.
