2. When the matter is taken up for hearing on 18.02.2021, this Court directed the petitioner to return the jewels of the defacto complainant before the Investigating officer.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.
