Today during the course of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner has come forward to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- But, this Court was of the opinion that since, the petitioner had created a fictitious list of workers and had taken away a sum of Rs.30,00,000/-, the condition should be imposed in the interest of defacto complainant also. It was also directed in the said order that from and out of this amount which is so deposited, the workers who had not received salary should be paid directly by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate-IX, Saidapet, Chennai. It is also stated that if the names could not be identified then that amount could be handed over back to the de-facto complainant. 1/3
