ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1700 of 2022 dated 29.11.2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Hosur, Krishnagiri District. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though petitioner filed this petition challenging the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Hosur, in Crl.M.P.No.1700 of 2022, he was informed that the respondent Police/AWPS-Hosur registered First Information Report in Crime No.18 of 2023 for the offence under Section 294 (b), 498 (A), 494 and 109 I.P.C. Therefore, he prays for dismissal of this petition as not pressed.
