ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondents to draw seniority list for promotion as per merit and marks by the candidates of 2006 batch at the time of selection in the light of order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in BimleshTanwar Vs State of Haryana in Civil Appeal 879 of 2000 dated 10.03.2003.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ

petition, the respondents are directed to draw seniority list for promotion as per merit and marks by the candidates of 2006 batch at the time of selection in the light of order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in BimleshTanwar Vs State of Haryana in Civil Appeal 879 of 2000 dated 10.03.2003 and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
