ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the Inspector of Police, N-1, Royapuram Police Station to register the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 15.03.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is the allegation of the petitioner that the opposite party has borrowed money and not returned the same. However, the respondent police have conducted enquiry in CSR.No.368 of 2015 and the same was closed on 19.03.2015. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.

4. In view of the above, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
