This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for his willful disobedience for non compliance of the Criminal Original Petition No.22341 of 2017, dated 25.10.2017.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that already charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur on 11.12.2019 vide SR.No.6400 of 2019, but sofar the charge sheet was not taken on file.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.

4. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, is directed to verify that if any such charge sheet has been filed and if it is otherwise in order, that should be taken on file without further delay.
