This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8347 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8396 of 2023, dated 21.06.2023.

3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel and the charge sheet has also been filed. Hence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8347 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8396 of 2023, dated 21.06.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates, without fail.
