ORDER
The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.10.2015 and dispose of the same within a stipulated time.
2. Mr.A. Zakir Hussain, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent, submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law within a stipulated time.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
dated 12.10.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
