ORDER
The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed in WP.No.4507/2017 dated 23.02.2017 came forward to file the present contempt petition.
The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order, which is the subject https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ matter of contempt, has been complied with, through the
communication of the Transport Department, Secretariat, Chennai-9 dated 26.04.2018 in Letter No.6520/nght/gKe5/2017. He has also produced a copy of the said Government Order before this Court, which is taken on file and record.
Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In the light of the same, the contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved and if it is open to him under law, he is always at liberty to challenge the said proceedings in accordance with law before the competent Forum.
