Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to execute the sureties as condition made in Crl.OP.No.11229 of 2020 vide order dated 07.08.2020 in Cr.No.658 of 2020 pending on the file of the respondent police.

S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner to comply with the conditional order dated 07.08.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.11229 of 2020.
