ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 15.07.2019 as per the order issued vide Letter No.662 of 2020 dated 21.11.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.464 of 2020 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court at Madhavaram.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent on instructions submitted that an FIR has been registered in Crime No.64 of 2021 for an offence under Section 451, 380, 427 and 506(i) of IPC.

Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed.
