This application has been filed to direct the respondents to furnish security to the tune of Rs.13,62,185/- failing which to Order attachment of the immovable property morefully described in the schedule to the Judges summons, pending disposal of the proposed arbitration proceedings.

2. Despite the service of notice on the respondents, none appeared for the respondents.

3. In view of the same, the respondents are directed to furnish security for a sum of Rs. 13,62,185/- on or before 16.04.2020.

4. Applicant is permitted to communicate the order to the respondents privately as well as by way of paper publication in any local daily both in Regional language and in English with significant circulation in Namakkal, Tamilnadu stating the date of hearing as 16.04.2020.
