Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 31.8.2020 and 11.9.2020 seeking to measure and fix the boundaries of petitioners land and to initiate action against persons who fabricated the patta and created sale deed with the intention to cheat the petitioner, by conducting an enquiry and pass orders in accordance with law. ORDER
The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.08.2020 and 11.09.2020 seeking to measure and fix the boundaries of petitioner's land. 2.Heard both sides.
3.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents and made a preliminary statement on instructions that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 22.02.2021 at 11.00 a.m.at the office of the second respondent, the Tahsildar.

4.The said statement of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.
5.Since the enquiry is already fixed, no further direction is required to be made except that the second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision and after providing the parties a fair and effective hearing, to dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 31.08.2020 and 11.09.2020 seeking revenue sub-division of his property, through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of service of order copy, subject to such time that may be lost in responsibilities connected with the ensuing General Election of the Tamil Nadu State Legislative Assembly, 2021. 6.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
