This petition has been filed to extend the time for furnishing the surety in Crl.O.P.No.26463 of 2023, dated 22.11.2023.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 27.02.2024 and no further time is granted, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
