O R D E R

The petitioner, who was arrayed as A1 in C.C.No.287 of 2015 has filed this quash petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the quash petition, the matter was referred to the mediation centre. After deliberation, finally on 04.10.2017 a compromise was arrived between the petitioner and the respondent and the dispute between them has been resolved. He further submits that the compromise had been reported before the Judicial Magistrate No.6, Coimbatore. Thereafter, the learned Magistrate had acquitted the petitioner from the charges in C.C.No.287 of 2015 by judgment dated 23.04.2019.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
