(Order of the Court was made by N. KIRUBAKARAN,J.) When the matter is listed today "For Reporting Compliance", Ms. G.V Shoba, learned counsel appearing for the respondent seeks two weeks time to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 30.07.2018. 2.

However, Mr. Mohan Babu, would submit that the judgment of this Court has been passed a year ago. He would submit that even the amount already deposited to the tune of Rs.6,11,000/- (approx.) as per the Tribunal's order is yet to be withdrawn.

Since the appellants are finding it difficult to withdraw the amount lying in deposit before the Tribunal, the Tribunal is directed to transfer the respective shares of the major claimants as per the ratio fixed by this Court directly to their bank account through RTGS excepting the minor's share.

The share of the respective major claimants in the balance amount which has to be deposited by the Transport Corporation as per the http://www.judis.nic.in 1/2

nv modified award passed by this Court shall be paid directly to their bank accounts by drawing Demand Drafts for the respective amounts in their favour so that they need not go before the Tribunal and get a withdrawal order. As far as the minor's share is concerned, the same shall be deposited before the Tribunal, which shall, in turn deposit the same in any one of the Nationalised Banks in interest bearing Fixed Deposit till he attains majority. In case, the respondent Transport Corporation fails to draw Demand Drafts for the respective shares of the major claimants, as indicated above, on or before 12.08.2019, the Chairman cum Managing Director and the Financial Advisor cum Chief Audit Accounts Officer of Andhra Pradesh State Transport Corporation shall appear before this Court on 13.08.2019. 5.
