This application has been filed to set aside the abatement as against the first defendant in C.S.No.57 of 2019, who passed away on 03.05.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents expressed her strong objections for ordering of this application. However, this Court in the interest of justice and also in consideration of the averments contained in the affidavit, the objections of the learned counsel is liable to be rejected. Hence, the application is ordered as prayed for.
