This petition has been filed to direct the Inspector of Police, N-1, Royapuram Police Station to register the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 14.12.2012.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 15.12.2013. A copy of the Closure Report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.

4. In view of the above, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
