the qualification set out in notification published by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission.
2. With the consent of both counsels, the writ petitions are disposed by common order.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that since the petitioners did not possess the requisite educational qualification they were not allowed to undergo the training course at the Institute of legal Metrology Training, at Ranchi by the respondents.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that on the recommendations of the Government of Tamil Nadu the Central Government relaxed the rules in favour of the petitioners for undergoing the training and thereafter the petitioners underwent the training and also obtained the certificates.
4. In the light of the fact that the petitioners obtained the training certificates from the 5th respondent on 10.06.2024, in my view, nothing
survives for further adjudication in these writ petitions. Accordingly, these writ petitions stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
