This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 11.12.2023 in Crl.OP.No.7384 of 2020 to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mettur, where the trial is pending in S.C.No.363 of 2023, on every Monday, for a period of three weeks, apart from the Court hearing dates and thereafter, during the Court hearing dates.

4.In view of the above modifications, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
