ORDER

[Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] Seeking ordinary leave for three months, the mother of the convict - Senthil @ Yoga Senthil has come forward with this petition.

2. The detenu is a life convict. On an earlier occasion in the year 2016, a similar request had been made and the same was considered. The convict did comply with the conditions imposed and returned back to the prison on the expiry of the leave.

3. Considering the above and in the light of the reasons assigned, we are inclined to direct the respondents to grant leave to the convict for two weeks commencing from 05.07.2019 subject to the usual conditions that can be imposed by the respondents. The convict shall be released from the prison at 10.00 a.m. on 05.07.2019 and that the convict shall return back to the prison at 05.00 p.m. on 18.07.2019. The convict shall be accompanied by adequate escorts. This Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of accordingly with the above directions. The Registry is directed to list this matter on 22.07.2019 for reporting compliance.
