ORDER

This Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for having violated the order passed in WP No.3871 of 2020 dated 22.11.2023. 2.During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the respondents has placed a copy of the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in WA No.929 of 2024, which was

filed against the order of the learned Single Judge and would submit that the Division Bench has allowed the said Writ Appeal and the order of the learned Single Judge is set aside.

3.In view of the above factual position, in our considered view, continuance of this Contempt proceedings are not required.

4.Accordingly, this Contempt petition is closed.
