Captioned WMP has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of 'original proceedings of the first respondent dated 02.01.2024 bearing reference Ka.No.515(16)2023/E VA'
(hereinafter 'impugned proceedings' for the sake of convenience and clarity).

Ms.Ramya Muralikumaran of M/s.McGan Law Firm, learned counsel for writ petitioner is before us. 4.
Learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that the original impugned proceedings was not readily available at the time of filing the writ petition. Therefore, photocopy of the impugned proceedings was filed along with the typed set of papers and that has necessitated the captioned WMP.

Taking into account the fact that the authenticity of the impugned proceedings is not subjected to contestation or disputation, as a one off case, we are considering the dispense with prayer making it clear that in the days to come, adequate articulation in the support affidavit is imperative. 6.
