PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the fair and decreetal order dated 30.07.2010 made in I.A.No.342 of 2008 in O.S.No.4056 of 2004 on the file of the learned III Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore.

O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, challenging the order of the trial Court, permitting the grandmother of the minor as guardian, when the very mother is alive.

2. Now, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners submitted that the minor has already attained majority.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives in this revision and it is for the minor, who has attained majority to continue the proceedings in the manner known to law.
