Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., seeking to call for the entire records in FIR NO. 1910 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same pending disposal of the same.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for State submitted that though this petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to call for the entire records in FIR NO. 1910 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same, during the pendency of the petition, investigation was conducted and charge sheet has been laid before the jurisdiction Court and hence, nothing survive for further adjudication. He further submitted that the petitioner has given wrong FIR No. instead of giving the Number as 1970/2014 it has been showed as 1910/2014. In view of the above, learned Additional Public Prosecutor prays for dismissal of the present petition.

2.In view of the fact that charge sheet has already been laid in FIR No.1970/2014, which has been wrongly mentioned as FIR No.1910/2014 in the petition, the prayer has sought for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

does not prevail any more. Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
