ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 27.01.2020, the learned counsel for the petitioner reported before this Court that he has sent a registered post to the petitioner as well as the lower court advocate, whom appearing for the petitioner herein and acknowledged. Till date, he has not yet received any instructions from them. To that effect, he has also filed a memo dated 27.01.2020 for withdrawing his appearance from the civil revision petition, and the said memo was recorded. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list and post the case.

2.Today, when the matter is called, the learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that he has not yet been received any instructions from the petitioner as well as from the lower court advocate to prosecute the case. Hence, as per the above said https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

memo dated 27.01.2020 and the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
