2. Heard Mr.P.Arivudai Nambi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Bharanidharan for respondents.

3. I find the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions are convicing, these applications are allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
