ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 06.11.2023 in E.Crl.M.P.No.719 of 2023 in Crl.M.P.No.457 of 2023 in S.C.No.168 of 2023.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in paragraph 5.2 (i) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each, out of which one surety must be a blood relative and even the wife of the petitioner can stand as surety and the other surety must be a local surety, who must be tested by the learned Principal Assistant Sessions Judge, Tiruppur. 05.02.2024 smv 2/4
