ORDER

Heard Mr.G.Sankaran, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.P.P.Purushothaman, learned Government Advocate for respondents.

2. With consent of learned counsel on either side, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks to quash the order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 08.04.2014, by which, the petitioner's Document Writers License was suspended for a period of 6 months.

4. The period of punishment has already expired and it is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner that the petitioner's Document Writers License is due for renewal. Since the period of punishment has already expired, the question of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

testing the correctness of the order passed by the 2nd respondent does not arise.

5. Accordingly the writ petition stands disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to seek for renewal of his License, which shall be considered in accordance with law. No costs.
