The learned counsel appearing for both parties would submit that the matter may be referred to mediation for settlement between the parties. He would further submit that the case is posted for hearing on 25.04.2018 before the Trial Court. Both the parties are directed to appear before the trial Court on 25/04/2018.

2. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh revision petition, if any, subject to the result of the mediation proceedings. The mediator is directed to complete the mediation proceedings within one month and also submit a report before the trial Judge. No costs.
