This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.15 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent Police.

2.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Coimbatore and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

same was taken on file as C.C.No.8 of 2016. After ful-fledged trial, the learned Additional Mahila Judge, Coimbatore, acquitted the petitioner from the case by judgment dated 07.08.2017.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudicating the petition and the same is dismissed, accordingly. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
