This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to initiate appropriate action on the petitioner's representation dated 07-04-2016 against the respondents 6 and 7 for converting the land situated in T.S.No.1113 measuring to an extent of 16.17 acres situated at Chettinayakenpatti Junction, Dindigul Town, violating GO No.210 of 1933 dated 04.02.1933, expeditiously in accordance with law. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel, this Court directs the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 07.04.2016 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the aggrieved persons including the sixth and the seventh respondents. Interim order granted by this Court will continue till the disposal of the representation dated 07.04.2016, by the second respondent. If the petitioner fails to appear on the date fixed by the second respondent for making submission, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders based on the available records on merits and in accordance with law.

4.The writ petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
