(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) After arguing the revision petition, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners prays for its withdrawal with liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal for extension of time, as the instructions given by the petitioners shows readiness to pay the initial amount of Rs.35 crore within a period of four weeks if the time is extended. furnish an undertaking in this regard.

2. The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed with liberty as prayed for. If an application is filed for extension of time, the Tribunal would consider it appropriately in the fitness of the case.

3. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.594 of 2022 is closed.
