This petition has been filed seeking to amend the Sections 498(A), 294(b), 406, 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 instead of Section 498(A), 294(b), 406, 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.26666 of 2023 dated 24.11.2023.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, this amendment petition is ordered as prayed for.

4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the petition seeking anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.26666 of 2023 and also issue fresh order copy in order dated 24.11.2023.

5.Since amendment had been ordered today, time is extended for executing sureties till 16.02.2024.
