WMP No.1719 of 2021 WMP.3952 of 2021 in Rev Aplw Sr No.1621 of 2021 N. ANAND VENKATESH., This Court does not find any ground to grant leave to the petitioner to file this review petition.

2. This Court had taken into consideration the entire materials placed before it and an order was passed in the writ petition. If the petitioner is claiming any independent right over the subject property, it is left open to the petitioner to agitate her right before the competent civil Court and the order passed in the writ petition will not stand in the way of the petitioner to agitate her rights.

This Court in the guise of entertaining the review petition cannot decide the interse dispute between the parties.

Accordingly, this leave petition is dismissed.
