..Respondent(s) Prayer: To modify the condition imposed by the Honble High Court in Crl.OP.No.35213 of 2025 in Para 7 that Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on her executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand only) with two sureties, for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate I Court, Vellore, dated on 02.01.2026 pending before this Honble Court.

ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the learned Magistrate is insisting on the production of property documents or a solvency certificate for executing the sureties.
2.Considering the above submission, the learned Magistrate is directed not to insist on a solvency certificate or property documents from the petitioner, since every person who is capable to earn is earning more than Rupees 20,000/- per year and the identification documents including Aadhar card could serve the purpose.
3.With these observations, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
